We are always looking for something new to try.. And we're glad we found this up north restaurant. Amazing french toast, smoked sausage, blueberry pancakes, fresh eggs, and loved the hash browns (no weird aftertaste). Pies looked amazing. Fast, courteous, attentive service. Wish we had discovered it earlier in our stay so we could try more items on their large, interesting menu

Breakfast service was SLOW. The restaurant wasn't even full. It took the waitress 10 mins to come back and take our order, and then the food took 35 minutes to arrive. My meal included 2 eggs, any style. I ordered them poached, and they came out mostly hard boiled. Then, after I paid, I noticed that they charged me an extra 25 cents to poach my included eggs. WTF? Paper towel dispenser in bathroom was empty, so the kids and I both had to wipe our hands on our pants. There was urine all over the floor under the urinal running towards the drain, which we had to expertly avoid so as not to track it into the car. We will not return.

1 word: pies! Wide selection of pies - good value considering their size and quality. Blueberry pancakes were excellent. I've been driving past this restaurant on the way to vacation in the Hackensack area for years. Stopped here for breakfast recently only because the car needed gas and APine was next to the gas station. Will definitely be making this a regular stop in the future!

Standard diner fare. The food is good and service is friendly and fast. The blueberry pancakes and smoked sausage are to die for. I knocked one star off because their coffee isn't very good.

Always great food! Of course the pies are always a hit! I think that the breakfast is a little over priced for the small portions and over $2 for a cup of coffee. Overall great service with the funny older waitresses and the other waitresses there too. Everyone always has a smile. Good salad bar. Good variety. Good home cookin'!

The burger had a nice smothering of sauce and some bacon. The cookie in my dish was so hard.

Good service! Excellent food! Best cappuccino I've ever had! I had a mushroom and Swiss burger with fries and a malt. The malt was a little weak, but the burger was amazing! My fiancée had the Twisted Turkey sandwich with seasoned wedges and a chocolate shake. She really enjoyed it all! We'll be back again soon :)
